We sell many items that require extra care and time when we ship them out to our customers. We also have to expect damages when they are returned to us, especially to the old textiles and dolls. For this reason, we have "no returns" policy on fragile items. Please ask us questions before your purchase if there is any concern. We will be happy to answer your questions. |
The Exception to our "Limited Return Policy": Please contact us immediately if we mislead you with any false information. We have no intention of deceiving anyone but we still need to set the time limit to 1 month after you received the package from us. Once we agree with your claim and the item is returned in the same condition that left us, we will refund you the total cost in two weeks.
If you change your mind after receiving a non-fragile item, you may contact us for the return within 1 week after you receive the package. You will be charged a 5 to 10 percent restocking fee plus the fees that we had to pay for the transaction and the postage and insurance on both ways. The item must be returned to us in the same condition as it left here. The refund will be made within two weeks after we receive and inspect the item.
INQUIRY AND PRICE QUOTE: We will be working on pricing the items in our store but we may have to leave enough items without the prices for a while. Please use the INQUIRY/PURCHASE button for price and questions. If you want to discuss more private matters as finances or other reasons, please feel free to e-mail or call us directly. The price that we quote is good for a limited time. We may quote a different price when you inquire the next time. If you donít like the price quoted, please feel free to counter offer to us. We may or may not try to work with the price.
SHIPPING AND DAMAGE:
We have been using the USPS Priority in most shipping in the US shipping. We will compare the cost in some cases and will let you know the difference. You can still request for FedEx or UPS shipping but not ground service. Insurance is your option but it will be at your risk without. Insurance is required for anything fragile or expensive. If you receive the item damaged, you must contact us immediately. The damaged item should be saved in the same box with packing materials.
TO INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: The package will be double boxed. We have not had any damage to this day. We use USPS International Express Mail for most shipments. We also use FedEx if you wish. We have a good discount from FedEx but their price is still higher than USPS in most case. Some of our customers know about the shipment to their countries, so please advise us.
