| A pair of Italian mahogany veneered pedestals. The circular top includes a marble plate, and rests on a tripod stand in mahogany capped with three carved and gilt wood heads of lions. The legs are terminated by three carved and gilt wood lions paws standing on a triangular basis. Very good condition. Empire Period, Circa: 1810. Dim: W: 15 in - D: 15in - H: 46,9in. / Une paire de sellettes en acajou et placage d'acajou. La partie supèrieure de forme circulaire comprend un plateau en marbre, et repose sur un piètement tripode en acajou coiffé de trois têtes de lions en bois sculpté et doré. Le piètement se termine par trois pattes de lions en bois sculpté et doré, posés sur une base triangulaire. Travail Italien du début du XIX° siècle.
