Signed Carrier Belleuse on the base. Very good condition. Napoléon III Period, Circa: 1880. Dim: W: 13,4 in - D: 13,4in - H: 19,7in. / Groupe en terre cuite représentant un satyre retenant une ménade qui lui résiste. L'ensemble repose sur une base cylindrique surmontée d'un rocher sur lequel repose un vase,un tambourin et un thyrse, symbole des Bacchantes Signé Carrier Belleuse.
