This is a very rare and finely rendered PAIR of matching green jade celts depicting human heads on the terminus of each. They date to the Costa Rican Nicoya and Guanacaste cultures, circa 50 BC - 50 AD. They measure 87.4 mm (3.44") and 66.7 mm (2.63" in length respectively. Condition: Absolutely perfect! No chips ore cracks whatsoever on either. Stunning pair! Provenance provided to purchaser. |
