Nice 1882 photo of a Calvary officer during the Indian Wars. It is dated 1882 at the bottom in ink (barely visible). There is no studio/photographer mark. The photo is in very clear with some minor scratches and edge wear. Please see the photos. It measures 3" x 8 1/4".
Delightful and beautiful super small Paiute(?) basket in mint condition. The piece measures 7/8" wide and 1/2" high. Look inside and see how tiny the stitches are. I cannot date this accurately but the plant fiber has some age, I have another miniature that the plant fiber is not as brown. It is simply a really super little basket. The basket came with several other miniature Native American baskets. I will be listing those when time allows. Colors are pale pink, purple, and green...
This Navajo pill box has quite elaborate stampwork with a cross in the middle. I was told the Navajo pill box was purchased around 1985 to 1987 at the Indian Market. The inside of the lid is marked Sterling and hallmarked with a E. The camera picked up the E but the sterling stamp is very light and may not show in the photo. The piece is in excellent condition. Diameter: 1 9/16". Weight: 22.2 g.
Wonderful Zuni ring hallmarked BST and Zuni. Inlay is Turquoise, Jet, and coral. The ring is in excellent condition and very wearable. Size 5 1/2. Face measures 1 1/2 inch x 1 inch. Weight: 7.9 g.

Offered is a fab pair of Zuni early snake-eye button earrings. These date to the late 30s to early 40s. The center stone measures 1/4 inch in diameter and the tiny stones about 1/16 inch each. The earrings are 7/8 of an inch across and are the old screwbacks. These could be converted to post for $25.00 using the new laser method. I will be happy to have that done for those wishing to do so...

This is a gorgeous pair of Navajo turquoise and coral petit point collar tabs. The collar tabs were probably made in the 1990s and are unsigned. I do not think these were made for the tourist trade. I have not seen contemporary collar tabs for sale at the markets. They would be quite spectacular on a velvet shirt/blouse. The condition is superb and they are ready to wear or simply collect. Length 3 1/4 inches x 2 5/8 inches x 9/16 inches wide at the widest...
This is a very fine winnowing tray from the Mono tribe of California. The basket is in very good condition considering its use and age. It is c.1940 and measures 20.75 inches in length and 18.75 inches wide. It raises up 8 inches from a level surface on the deep end and 4.5 inches on the shallow end. There are some minor bug chews in the center and a few stitches missing on the rim. This can be restored if you wish. I have many photos...
