A fire gilt bronze image depicting the primordial Buddha Vajradhara (Dorje Chang), Vajra Holder, Enlightened One. The Buddha has a broad face and a tiara with the top knot ending in a vajra, he holds the vajra and bell crossed in front of his chest in the characteristic attitude. A pair of very attractive album leaves painted with faint colours and ink in the sparse, sophisticated style characteristic of the eccentric painters of the late Ming to early Qing.
