A fine Chinese export silver bowl, with applied decoration depicting branches of flowering prunus and with shaped rim and foot. Marked SF for Sing Fat, a silversmith active in Hong Kong and Canton. Stamped on the inside of the foot with 'SF', Chinese characters and '90’. Early 20th century. Weight 432 g. H. 10.5 cm. Diam. 17.5 cm. Condition: very good. Chinese export silver set consisting of tea pot, coffee pot, sugar pot and milk pitcher, decorated with engraved bamboo motifs on a finely punched ground. Mark ZEE SUNG of Shanghai, together with SILVER and Chinese charachters. Total weight: 1,495 gr. H. 18,7cm, 13 cm, 13,3 cm and 11,8 cm. Early 20th cent . Good condition with just some wear due to use.

Makers’ mark, not too clear, but looks like Wang Fat, Canton. L 17 cm., H 2.5 cm. 78 g. Late 19th cent. Condition: Fine with a few minor dents to the underside

A very elegant Chinese export coffee pot made of sterling silver, decorated with large bamboo stems, leaves and shoot. The handle has 2 ivory rings. An exquisite silver work made by the Shanghai silversmith master Luen Wo, who was active between the second half of the 19th cent. and the beginning of the 20th cent. He is known for the high quality of his silverwork. Stamped ”LW” and two Chinese characters; circa 1900. Veight 694 gr. H. 23 cm. Perfect condition.
