| A very fine and beautiful, square, black lacquer tray for an incense burner (korobon) to be used in the tea ceremony. Decorated on top with a light, reddish-orange design to emulate a hazy moon among clouds. On four legs and w. delicate brass fittings at the corners. Signed kiri-box with the artist´s name Hyoeto and dating, Showa 3 (1928). H 2,5 cm, 25,7 cm square. Condition: Excellent. | |||||||||||
