A rare and early Qing dynasty basin, with famille rose border and unusual figural details, of a Mandarin noblewoman, figural personages possibly portraying a legend, iron red bats to the interior.

The basin dates to late 18th century hand painted with unusual interior details in grayed palette to the Chinese taste, rather than for export.

Brass AMERICAN WHALE OIL LAMP that dates to 18th century. There are three attached wick trimming items, attached by square link chains... scissors, and such for wick trimming.
The lamp comes with an old paper shade, as shown. The lamp was converted to electricity, and takes two bulbs. The lamp is in working order

A charming pair of SATSUMA Perfume boudoir lamps in a diminutive size. The lamps are a matched pair, and the cup in Buddhas lap holds perfume, the scent is carried by the heat of the light bulb. Fine intricate Satsuma moriage detail.
One lamp has been rewired. Lamps are all original, and are set on carved wooden bases.

Ivory Cheroot or small necessary case, early 19th century China. The stunning elephant tusk ivory box is perfect in every way, with no damage or discoloration, and is signed on the interior rim by the artist. The workmanship is incredible, with minute delicate carving that looks like the finest hand made lace intertwined with a serpent like dragon. The back of the case has a central cartouche for the owners initial, yours Unbelievable, but no breaks or chips.. I specialize in fine Chinese and French ivory. This is a masterpiece, and photos do not do justice to the carving. Dimensions: 3.25 x 2.25

This is a magnificent Japanese cloisonne GINBARI ENAMEL LAMP. The enamels and foil work are breathtaking, and the choice of color for the background (emerald green) and the detail to the florals is unmatched.
I have taken the lamp apart today, and there is a very old red paper sticker under the base. I do not see a mark, or signature, though this is surely from a studio of the caliber of Ando. Lamp dates to late 19, or early 20th century Japan.

An truly stunning original BRONZE WALL SCONCE with incredibly fine sculptural detail of a WINGED NUDE SEA GODDESS. The lamp or sconce is French, late 19th century. The sconce is signed on the mid right side body of the figure by maker in a diamond. Lamp is wired, and has original frosted glass shade. I do not know if it works as wiring is European, but rewiring will be easy. The sconce has been cleaned since the first two photos.

NEVERS FRANCE, 18th century soft paste faience demitasse cups and saucers, each cup with a different family coat of arms, all in incredible condition. The cups and saucers are in a trifoil form, or early fleur de lis, and the cups and saucers have wonderful peg feet.
