Here is a fine BLUE AND WHITE or SOMETSUKE Arita lidded porcelain TEA CADDY in ginger jar form, with underglaze rich oxidized cobalt blue with subtle touches of dark forest green on the leaves on both the jar body and the lid.. The porcelain is thin and milky white, and the cobalt blue painted details are rich and even.
This is a fine and early signed piece (see photos) sure to please the most discerning collector.

Exceptional Imari Charger with wonderful reds and greens with very finely worked gilt accents, central medallion and side cartouches. There is a soft pastel palette with enamels of exceptional workmanship in the central body . A fine work, with unusual rose florals, on reverse. Most likely Japanese, with added Chinese mark, or is it Chinese Imari imitating the Japanese style? This is a stunning plate. Exquisite details and bold character.

Here is a really beautifully detailed KUTANI water bucket for tea ceremony. Subtle hand painted details to the Japanese taste with delicate birds, floral and exceptionally painted gilt details on fine white porcelain ground. Dates to late 19th century. Magnificent erotic Loie has carved flowers in her up swept hair, ivory bracelets on her wrists, sensuous gold dore bronze drape (Loie was famous for this drape) with splendid Art Nouveau grace. A lovely bared breast, and slender legs and arms, accentuate the dancing figure, with her leg raised in anticipation of the next movement. Loie is standing on a detailed bronze base with colored flowers at her feet, a gilt torch adjacent to rock work offsets the sculpture. The sculpture is mounted on rich black marble, with a deeply incised cut and fine form. Signed, on the lower right bronze base, "GORY" Dimensions: Height 27 1/2"(70cm) from her hands to base. Condition: AS IS* Clean breaks in the marble legs,A few missing fingers in on hand, which were missing since purchase. Here is a really fine and large Chinese Blanc de Chine Guanyin (Kwan Yin) Figure mounted in the early 1920's as a lamp.
The Guanyin Goddess is mounted on a reticulated brass base, with brass fittings. There is no damage to the porcelain statue as the post is mounted behind the porcelain figuriene.
The lamp is as originally wired. I use it regularly in my home. The beige Pongee silk shade and brass Chinese finial is included. Dimensions: 11"(the figure)height 22" with the harp Condition: Excellent, no damage, no losses or chips

A most interesting and beautifully crafted Qing Dynasty early 19th century FAMILLE ROSE PALETTE ribbed melon jar with handled lid The figural covered jar has beautiful details of unusual butterflies flitting about fruiting melons and vines. Lid has a raised vine stem as handle.
