You are looking at a BRAND NEW celadon bowl with foliated rim from Longquan kiln, China. Followed the thousand year classic technique, the ceramist applied traditional bluish glaze and foliated skill to this beautiful bowl.

There is an incised flora pattern at inside bottom of the bowl. Due to the gravity effect the glaze on the rim is thinner then the body. However the color tone of the rim presents the very good match with the lines that circle around outside body.

The bowl is in perfect condition: no chips, cracks or hairlines with ceramist’s signature on the outside bottom. Inside the bowl shows few faintly firing pits that are common to this era. I tried to take photo to the pits but there are just too tiny and faint to do so.

There is a ground gray dot on each photo’s middle lower part due to camera issue. I apologize for this equipment problem.
