18th Century Chinese Porcelain Turquoise Glaze Vase
Beautiful monochrome vase from the Qianlong period An 18th Century bottle form vase, the globular body surmounted by a tubular neck flaring outward at the mouth. Covered with a fine fish roe crackled and mottled turquoise glaze darkening where it pooled, fading to a more greenish hue at the mouth rim. The concave base is unglazed showing turning marks in the fired reddish biscuit. Qing Dynasty, Qianlong Period (1736-1795) Height: 8-3/8" (21.27 cm) Condition: Excellent original condition with no chips, cracks or repairs.
