A very unusual dish decorated with Dutchmen, orandajin, to the border, one apparently dancing, in some examples the figure holds tobacco pipes, and the other with a staff and tobacco leaves, set against a brocade ground. The centre decorated with a sansui Chinese landscape. The reverse decorated with karakusa, lotus arabesque, and a six character Chenghua mark; a single spur within the foot-ring. The dish measures approximately 21cm in diameter, and is in good condition with no cracks, chips or restoration. Shipping at Cost.
