Kiyomizu Rokubei IV (1848 -1920)(Scroll down for more information.)
Rokubei IV was the oldest son of Kiyomizu Rokubei III. He studied Shijo school painting under Shiokowa Bunrin and took over the family title in 1883 after his father retired. He also studied modern art, but was interested in Literati art and was a close friend of Tomioka Tessai and Kono Bairei. Rokubei IV retired and passed the family title to his son Kuritaro (Rokubei V) in 1913, after which he took the artist name of Rokkyo.
