Excellent modernistic sterling link bracelet by Bent Knudesen. Made in Denmark circa 1950-60's. Nice heavy weight on par with the best of Jensen, Torun, Koppel, Hansen... Measures about 8 inches x 11/16. Marked STERLING, DENMARK, BENTK, 22.
Knudsen worked with Hans Hansen, C.M. Cohr and others before opening his shop in the mid 50's. Retailed by both Tiffany and Georg Jensen. |
