Be Sure to See Our Impressive Collection of Vintage Designer Silver Jewelry! Wonderful, vintage sterling silver BELT, fashioned by respected silversmith R. Rivera, circa 1940-50's in Taxco, Mexico. Highly collected, pieces by Rivera often embrace a nouveau style similar to many produced by Margot, Gerardo Lopez and Los Castillo pieces of the era. This stunning belt measures about 27 1/2 x 7/8 inches. It is properly marked R. Rivera, 925, Silver, Taxco. I suppose if you don't like it as a belt, a good silversmith could convert this to a nice necklace and bracelet set. |
