Be Sure to See Our Impressive Collection of Taxco, Danish, Arts and Crafts and Other Vintage Silver Jewelry! Old Georg Jensen sterling necklace pendant with original handmade chain, circa 1930-40's. Designed by Arno Malinowski who's extremely popular open silverwork motifs are still made in various combinations today. Here is your chance to own the original! Set in a rectangular frame measuring about 1 1/2 x 1 1/4 inches, two dolphins are diving into rolling waves, behind sea foliage. Has the old GJ in square mark from 1933-44. Also marked 925, Sterling, Denmark, 94. The original integrated chain meausres about 26 inches and is comprised of rectanular links (to match the frame), and is secured by the typical bar-through-loop clasp. Nice warm patina gives it additional dimension. |
