Just in time for Christmas! Once of the most recognizable and often copied designs from the golden age of Taxco jewelry. Ana Maria Nunez de Brilanti's (Victoria) sterling shadow-box angels necklace, bracelet and earring parure set. This is the "square" version of the design. Hand-made circa 1950's-60's, the set include a rare double row bracelet measures 7 X 7/8 inches closed and is 2.75 oz. The safety chain is detached from one end. The necklace measures a nice 15 1/2 x 5/8 closed and is 3.30 oz. The rare double angel drop earrings are 1 1/2 x 7/8 from the screwback post and are 0.65 oz. All are properly marked Victoria, Taxco, Mexico, 53, Sterling, and have the Gov't eagle 12. This is a heavy, well made set.
