Be Sure to See Our Impressive Collection of Taxco, Danish, Arts and Crafts and Other Vintage Silver Jewelry! Large old sterling silver bracelet made circa 1950-60's by JVE. The maker's identity is unknown as are many from the period as most official records were lost. The dramatic design is of stylized flowers with a nice aged patina. It measures about 7 1/2 inches long x 1 1/4 wide. Marked Taxco 925S, JVE, Mexico. The only apology is a well made replacement hook clasp with scrolled catch. The original push clasp box (female end)remains underneath so if desired a competent silversmith could likely fabricate a new push clasp. |
