Be Sure to See Our Impressive Collection of Taxco, Danish, Arts and Crafts and Other Vintage Silver Jewelry! Classic, elegant Frederick Davis modernistic amethyst sterling necklace. Fred Davis is well known, along with Spratling and Pineda as the father of the golden age of Taxco silversmiths. The necklace measures 15 7/8 inches closed x 3/4 wide. It boasts 15 domed amethyst cabochons about 3/8 inches wide set into 1/2 inch round links. Marked with Davis's conjoined FD mark, Silver, Made In Mexico. Secured by a hook clasp that blends in with the other links. Weighs 43DWT's. Very nice vintage condition. A keeper! |
