Wow! Outstanding Margot de Taxco sterling necklace, bracelet and earring set, made circa 1960's. The very large bracelet has a wearable length or 7 x 1 3/4 inches, with safety, and marked Margot de Taxco, 5568, Made in Mexico, Sterling, eagle. It is heavy. The necklace is a very generous 17 x 1 1/2 inches with the same markings, but model 5510. Has an added safety chain with spring clasp. Both have nice box clasps. The earrings match the necklace links, are 1 1/2 x 1 1/8 inches, but were converted to pierced and no longer have their markings. I'm not sure if the bracelet is the exact mate to the necklace, but this is how we acquired them, and they look fantastic together. |
