| This is Just Fantastic! We Love it! c. 1940s. Stamped... "Made in USA". Depicting a Large and Dimensional figural Pelican Bird Brooch with Incredible enamel work in Red & Black on a silver pot metal foundation with brilliant white paste or pave` rhinestones throughout for a Spectacular look! Notice the green rhinestone for it's eye, very neat! Measures a LARGE 3.5 inches wide by 2.25 inches tall.
