Element Beads, its Founder Marie Jones, her Creations
Element Beads is one of the more favored bead shops in the Denver Metro area. Located at 427 Sable Boulevard in the Hobby Lobby Shopping Center in Aurora, Colorado and open from 11-5 Monday through Saturday (303-856-7026), Marie Jones started 'Elements' some 13 years ago. Offering a broad selection of fine quality beads and pearls, along with her own beautifully designed beaded creations and those taken in on consignment from others, Marie also offers classes in beading. A selection of some of Marie's one-of-a kind creations are herein offered on two pages of this catalog (this first page is MEB.A; the second is MEB.B). The photo of the beautiful woman is is a portrait of Marie's famed aunt Pearl, the 10th Emperor's Concubine during the Qing Dynasty, whose tragic history can be read by following the suggestions at the bottom of that picture, the next photo illustrates a selection of fabric colors for special orders, and the remaining photos illustrate an array of some of Marie's unique items. Select or ask any question by referring FIRST to the Trocadero ITEM # (MEB.A) and then SECONDLY to the item's bracketed inventory number prefixed with MEB as shown on its unique photo. A purchase comes with a biographical sketch of Marie Jones telling of her interesting background and her fascinating relationship to Pearl, the historic family member of the Qing Dynasty. NOTE: if you would like to view a large number of our various listings, and at the same time limit your browsing time, try our popular ‘TWELVE different items on a single page format’ by simply spelling out the word TWELVE in the search box. That will quickly bring up all of our listings that have up to twelve different items on a page, each individually priced! And if you want to further refine your search, add one or two additional modifiers at the same time such as ‘Indian, Precolumbian, Stone, Pot, Gold, Bead, etc.’ Any item that has been sold will either be so noted on its photograph or no longer be shown in that listed group.
