Most of the bottles in the Walt Lewin collection were dug by him in Wyoming and surrounding States during the middle 20th Century. If Walt left any information concerning a location a bottle was dug at, it is included with the text in the photo. This group consists of 11 (JEP 309, 311, 312, 313, 315, 316, 317, 318, 327, 329 and 332), mostly medicines and sodas, with two Udolpho Wolfe Aromatic Schnapps (one olive green and one amber, both believed to have been dug on private lands near one of the old Wyoming forts).Text below the bottle photos gives first our inventory number in brackets, any embossed names, height and color of glass, any damage or stain with a grade based on damage, and finally the price. Select or ask any question by referring first to the Trocadero page number or item number, and then to the Inventory Number shown on the photo with the bottle of interest. Each comes with a biographical sketch about Lewin. NOTE: if you would like to view a large number of our various listings, and limit browsing time, try our ‘TWELVE different items on a single page format’ by spelling out the word TWELVE in the search box. That will quickly bring up all of our listings that have multiple items on one page, each individually priced! And if you want to further refine the group, add one or two additional modifiers at the same time such as ‘Indian, Precolumbian, Stone, Pot, Gold, etc.’ Any item that has been sold will be so noted on its photograph.
