Here’s a bit of western history for the arm chair adventurer! 7 old US and one Chinese coin (40.88HJ, 45.88HJ, 59.88HJ, 82.88HJ, 83.88HJ, 99.88HJ, 109.88HJ, and 144.88HJ), each found by yours truly at a different ghost town or fort along some of the all-but-vanished historical trails in Wyoming, Colorado, and Utah. Note that the condition of most of the coins cannot be considered as numismatic collector coins. They are being sold as coins from sites with more or less significance to the exciting development of the west. A different coin is shown on each photo. The photo is marked with first the Inventory Number in brackets, and then a brief description of the coin date and type, followed by the name of the historical site at which it was found, the period during which the site was active, and finally the price. The photos generally tell the story about condition. Select or ask any question by first referring to the Trocadero Number on this page, and then the inventory number shown on the given photograph. Any that have been sold will be so-marked on the appropriate photo. Pick from this inexpensive assortment of true western relics, each of which comes with a brief description of the given historical site, and a map highlighting the general area where the site is located.
