|This group of twelve (97.53BHD; 100.63B, C, D, Y, AC, AD, Ai, AJ, AV, and BG HD; and TF99.122) is made up of 11 one reales and one four reales Spanish Colonial silver cob coins minted in Lima (Peru), Potosi (Bolivia), and Mexico, and priced from $20-$125. Dating from 1694 to 1746, the reigns of Charles II, Louis I, and Philip V are represented. Two of the coins are rare due to having Costa Rica and Guatemala counterstamps. Ten of the one reales coins are from a coin-linked belt, drilled to allow each to be attached to adjacent coins. Those ten coins are attractively priced and can be easily adapted to be worn on a contemporary necklace that should thrill a young pirate enthusiast. Even though all show heavy to moderate circulation, a number of the dated coins can still be read. A millimeter scale is shown on the left side of each photo for size. Each photo shows first our inventory number in brackets followed by the coin type. Next is shown the ruler’s name, the dates of reign, the image on the obverse side, the image on the reverse side, and reference to mintage when known. The last entry is the price. Select or ask any question by referring first to the Trocadero Item Number on this page, and then to our Inventory Number shown on the given photograph. Each coin comes with our certificate guaranteeing authenticity. NOTE: if you would like to view a large number of our various listings, and at the same time limit your browsing, try our ‘TWELVE different items on a single page format’ by simply spelling out the word TWELVE in the search box. That will quickly bring up all of our listings that have twelve different items on a page, each individually priced! And if you want to further refine the group, add one or two additional modifiers at the same time such as ‘Indian, Precolumbian, Stone, Pot, Gold, etc.’ Any item that has been sold will be so noted on its photograph.|
