Twelve Ancient To Colonial Coins: Group W

This varied assortment (98.5FHD; 100.26, 31C, 31D, 71D, 90E, 90o, 186A & 188DHD; and FP1365R & U) contains bronze, billon, and silver coins ranging in age from the 2nd century BC to c.1840 (ancient times to the Spanish Colonial Period). Included are those from the reigns of such figures as Philip IV, Alexander Jannaeus, Basil I, and Leo VI. Scythian, Kushan, Judaic, and Indo-Scythian periods are all included. Prices ranging from $30 to $550 offer something for the beginning to the advanced collector. Each coin is individually priced and illustrated on its own photo with millimeter rule to the left for scale. The text starts with our unique inventory number in brackets, followed by a brief description of the coin. Next the ruler or location attribution, approximate date, description of the images on the front and back of the coin, mint and miscellaneous information when pertinent, and finally the price. Select or ask any question by referring first to the Trocadero Item Number on this page, and then to our Inventory Number shown on the given photograph. Each coin comes with our certificate guaranteeing authenticity. NOTE: if you would like to view a large number of our various listings, and at the same time limit your browsing, try our ‘TWELVE different items on a single page format’ by simply spelling out the word TWELVE in the search box. That will quickly bring up all of our listings that have twelve different items on a page, each individually priced! And if you want to further refine the group, add one or two additional modifiers at the same time such as ‘Indian, Pre-Columbian, Stone, Pot, Gold, etc.’ Any item that has been sold will be so noted on its photograph.
