Twelve Old World Antiquities: Group B

Each of the twelve artifacts from Old World cultures in this group (100.57BSHD; 95.35 & 51HD; 96.68 & 998Ihd; 97.291HD; AXH230, 1901, 1907 & 1919; and ROW2) is individually priced as shown on its descriptive photo. The types include Egyptian scarabs, Roman bronze and bone pins, Luristan bronze carnelian and agate intaglio seals, stone, ancient dice, and ceramic. Afghanistan, Iran, Syria, Italy, Ostia were most of the countries and sites represented in the group, and Sassanians, Mesopotamians, Sumerians, and Egyptians are most of the related cultures. Prices range from a low of $30 to a high of $375, and at least two collections are represented…the Heflin and the Pharr collections. Ages for the items in this diverse and fascinating group range from 3500BC-600AD. Each item comes with a small display card, a biographical sketch about the previous owner when known, and our certificate guaranteeing authenticity. Select or ask any question by referring first either to the ITEM NUMBER or the STOCK NUMBER at the top of this page, and then the item’s INVENTORY NUMBER as shown in brackets on its photo. NOTE: if you would like to view a large number of our various listings, and at the same time limit your browsing, try our ‘TWELVE different items on a single page format’ by simply spelling out the word TWELVE in the search box. That will quickly bring up all of our listings that have twelve different items on a page, each individually priced! And if you want to further refine the group, add one or two additional modifiers at the same time such as ‘Indian, Precolumbian, Stone, Pot, Gold, etc.’ Any item that has been sold will be so noted on its photograph.
