| Gorgeous Modernist hinged bracelet by Taxco Master silversmith Miguel Melendez. Elegant "ruffled" design with a diamond cut faceted alexandrite. Miguel Melendez began working for William Spratling at Taller Las Delicias. In 1940 he joined Los Castillo and later for Margot de Taxco, where he became workshop manager. Signed with Miguel Melendez's hallmark. Also marked in circle "Sterling Made in Mexico". Very good vintage condition. Measurements: 6 1/2" inner circumference, 1 1/2" wide at the front, the alexandrite diameter is 1/2". | ||||||||||
