Gorgeous Sterling silver Mexican "Sombrero de Charro".

Huge, unusual 9 1/2" diameter.

Beautiful traditional carved flower design.

The crown of the sombrero also depicts a Mexican eagle devouring a snake standing on a cactus, under the eagle it's carved the word "Mexico".

A silver rope wraps around the base of the crown. The rim is also adorned with the same rope design.

Unsigned but tested to be Sterling silver or better.

Measurements: 9 1/2" diameter by 5" tall.

Weight: 12.7 ounces (361 grams)

Very good vintage condition. A section of the wing is slightly bended.
