PAYMENT POLICY We accept the following forms of payment: Personal Checks, Money Order, PayPal. You may use any credit card to pay with Paypal. You do not have to be signed up with Paypal to use them here to make payment. When you make your selection and are ready to purchase an item, we will send a Paypal invoice to your designated email address. If you would prefer to use a credit card and bypass Paypal, you may call our store directly and we can take your credit card information over the phone. If you would rather pay by check or money order you can mail payment to the store. Personal checks will need 7-10 days to clear our bank. SHIPPING POLICY We will ship your item domestically by U.S.P.S. Priority insured shipping unless you prefer another carrier. Please let us know of your preference at the time that you submit your order. Priority shipping generally allows you to receive your item within 3 days. If you wish to have an item shipped outside the U.S., please contact us for a cost estimate on shipping. We are happy to facilitate and coordinate the shipping of large items, such as furniture, large mirrors, etc., but the buyer is responsible for choosing and securing their own carrier. Highgrove Antiques is not responsible for any item once it leaves our shop and becomes property of the shipping company. RETURNS POLICY Refunds will be issued if we misidentified an item, or made another significant mistake concerning the description of an item, and will be handled on a case-by-case basis. The following must be met in order to receive a refund: 1. There is a valid store receipt, 2. The item is in the same condition as when it left the store, 3. We are contacted within 3 business days. We take pride in our ability to safely wrap and pack our delicate and fragile antiques and it is very rare for any of our merchandise to be damaged in shipping. Additionally, each item will be shipped fully insured. If any item is damaged during shipping we should be contacted right away so we can provide all necessary documentation for the buyer to process a claim. SALES TAX Residents of Tennessee will pay a 9.25% sales tax. |
