| An interesting Victorian game entitled "Ascot- The New Racing Game"! It is in a sturdy old oak case that measures 13" long, 4.5" tall, and 7" deep. Amazingly, it has all of its original game pieces which consist of 8 painted lead horses and jockeys. They are in excellent original condition, other than paint loss; only one has lost a leg. It also comes with a large number of dyed wood discs the purpose of which, we have no idea. In fact, we have no idea how this game was played. It is up to the new owner to either figure it out or to simply display the beautiful case! Original price was $1,175. | ||
