| This is an oil painting on a shallow wooden bowl. It depicts a well-known image of a fox that has captured a goose and is slinking away from a farm. It dates to the mid to late 1800's and is inscribed "Not Caught". The painting is very well done and finely detailed, but not signed. We have an oleograph of the exact same scene also for sale here on our website. The bowl measures almost 8 inches in diameter and we have displayed it on an easel. | ||
