| Pair of watercolored ink drawn foxes that have been killed and hung up. Typical European school "nature morte", hunting game still life paintings. These date to the very early 1900's and are probably French or German. Condition is excellent except for a cut-off corner on one painting that was laid on top of a mat for framing. This flaw is easily seen in the photo, but not terribly noticeable. It was, however, the only way to frame this painting. They are in vintage burled wood frames that measure approximately 10 X 12 inches. Original price was $600 for the pair. | ||
