| A very great Ghurra showing a wonderful house on his top , the whole piece is nicely and realistically carved with a special attention to the double knot of rope and to the house. Note also the thick encrusted black patina and the great sign use especially seen in the rotating hole, indicating a very great age likely very close and possibly over 100 years. The ghurra was fixed with a solid iron ring.This ghurra is coming from Rukkum district. Height 11 1/2 inches (29 cm), maximum wide 3 2/3 inches 9 cm. The piece is nicely mounted on an iron stand. | ||
