| An important mask figuring a minimal long flat face. The eyes and the mouth are wide open. The noose shows an exaggerated long shape. Very interesting black glossy patina on the right side of the mask, traces of glue. This mask belongs to Magar tribes from West Nepal. Black dark shiny patina, good signs of age, at least mid 20th to early 20th, very hard and strong wood, very good carving work possibly an old break on the crest on top of the head, height 15 inches (38 cm). The mask is presented on an iron stand. | ||
