Mission Statement

My goal for my retail on-line gallery is to develop a trusted location where a customer can come to buy Oriental antiques and know that they will have complete confidence in what they are buying from my company. As a Certified Appraiser of Asian antiques, I have studied the subject in depth, and it is why I can guarantee the authenticity of all of my items.

Appraisal Services

I offer a FREE EMAIL-PHOTO-EXAMINATION of your item(s) in order to determine if they are worth a more in-depth examination. Please read on for details. I am one of the few Certified Personal Property Appraisers in the United States who specializes in Asian: art, antiques, vintage and modern items. I am one of the few Certified Appraisers in the world who specializes in Fossil Identifications and Valuations, as I was the Curator of Paleontology at a Museum in Minnesota. Other areas I am adept at are; Militaria, Egyptian Artifacts and Western Fine Art. For your FREE photo-email-examination, please do your best to include all of the following clearly taken photographs for each piece: overall photos (front, sides, back, top and bottom), close-ups of interesting aspects, any characters/stamps/words/, and images of any and all damage. If you do not send images or they are not clear, I will not reply because I will not be able to determine anything from them and I also receive far too many emails with proper infromation and imagry to use my time in any other way. Also, please do your best to send along descriptions of each piece (including any and all damage), as well as when and where you acquired it/them and the City and State you are in to: gcbrownphotos@gmail.com.
