This unusually shaped round, clear glass bottle features various symbolic items that have been applied in a light green glass. These items include a scroll, a book, and an instrument (Qin). The bottle has a recessed base, and is missing its original stopper (my fault)...

This semi-translucent, honey/brown carnelian agate bottle is rectangular in shape with rounded shoulders that taper towards the recessed base. One side has a plant that is topped with a ruyi shaped "flower" carved in relief, and the other side features a chilong dragon that wraps itself around to the first side. The bottle has no damage, but the stone itself has a minor flaw that has been incorporated into the design...

The tall, clear glass bottle has a layer of very dark blue/purple glass over that has been carved away in areas so as to leave a "viewing area" for the painting around the bottles middle. The painting is that of an amateur, possibly the owner, and consists of vases with flowers and items on a table. This bottle, the only one I have ever seen in this style, has heavy snuff residue inside. The stopper, likely a replacement, is metal with metal flower nodules and inlaid glass pieces...

Glass snuff bottle blown to imitate a light colored agate consisting of tan, brown, and off-J146white with "ink spots". The bottle shows signs of use and has two small chips to the rim, and one to the flat base. The green glass stopper appears original to bottle and has some small air bubbles within. The spoon, set in cork, is beautifully carved from wood. Period: Qing Dynasty, 19th Century Dimension: Height 6.8cm Width 4.8cm

The inkslab has been carved to depict a cat on either side of the water well nestled in between flowers (the two cats are a wish for the stones owner to have double happiness). When this stones grinding surface is wet the small ripples in the stones flat surface act to enhance the "light play" off the mirrored surface...
