This is a superb Japanese woodblock print by Kyoshi Saito; depicting a partial lady with hands in mudra, entitled "Tenderness". It is numbered 3/80 and dated 1959, is signed and with seal, and bears the original label "self carved self printed" on verso.

Saito did very few of these somewhat abstract two dimensional prints. The print is very lightly toned and has some slight wrinkling – not examined out of the frame...

A very rare and fine lithograph by Tsuguharo Foujita (1886-1968) depicting a mother and child. The print is on Japon paper and is an undated artists proof print. His pencil signature and the French for Artists Proof are on the bottom. The colors used are a lovely pastel soft color and the portrait is superb.

The print measures 21 ½ ” by 14 3/4” – the image size is 18 ½” by 13”...

A fine Japanese mezzo tint print of lilies in a woven basket by Shigenu Narikawa, Shigenu (Japan, active, 1960 - 1990). Narikawa's art is well known in both Japan and the United States. One man exhibitions of his mezzotints have been held in Tokyo, Kyoto, Los Angeles, New York and Washington. He has also created original mezzotints for art publishers in both countries.
