This is an interesting covered round jar in the colors of Kutani/Kyo-Yaki ware. The surface of the jar and lid has a rough pebbly surface in an ivory white glaze. Over this background glaze a series of colored leaves – maple leaf shape – in green, reds and blue. In smaller designs are white daisy shaped flowers with yellow centers.

The vase measures 4” high to the top of the cover’s finial and is 3 ½” diameter...
