| A really different Japanese Satsuma pouring pitcher - possibly a sake pitcher. One of the most unusual pieces I have ever had - check the very different shape of the handle - then there is this weird dog/wolf/ mythical animal baying at something - really quite unusual - excellent condition - interestingly, I did not thing there was a signature - however, when photographing it I found an impressed signature on the base - two characters - cannot quite make out the top one but clearly the bottom one is ZAN - this small sake pitcher measures 4 1/2" high and is 1 3/4" diameter at the bottom - 1 3/4" diameter at the top. Fine condition. | |||||||
