| JAPANESE STUDIO POTTERY VASE - Mingei - 5 ¾” H., hand thrown stoneware vase with four paddled sides and a circular painted motif in blue underglaze on each side. It has a string cut base and is signed with an “I” in hiragana on the base. I don’t know who the potter is. The decoration looks familiar to me, like something Shoji Hamada used. I don’t mean to imply it’s his, it doesn’t look like his work aside from the motif. Excellent condition. | |||||||
