An Etruscan Bucchero ware oinochoe, 700-600 B.C.

AN ETRUSCAN BUCCHERO WARE OINOCHOE WITH TREFOIL LIP, circa 7th-6th Century B.C., high arching ribbed strap handle, the ovoid body with incised decorated in three registers, dotted fan motifs at the shoulder, a band of vertical strokes around the body, with zig-zags below;
MEASUREMENTS: 10¼in (26cm) high;
CONDITION: Repaired;
PROVENANCE: Acquired from Sotheby's London, May 13th, 1980, Antiquities, lot 126 / Acquired at Bonhams, London, Auction, October 15th, 2008, "The Geddes Collection", (Lot 161) / All items that we offer for sale will be combined with an export approval issued by the ministry of the Spanish culture department and certificate of authenticity.
