Shipping and Handling Costs:
All items are fully insured to full-amount transaction costs including shipping charges. For clients based in countries except USA (lenient customs), we always help with customs declaration to avoid high import tax penalties when you receive your items. The default method for shipping will be via EMS (with online tracking number) unless otherwise pre-arranged. Shipping costs will include appropriate handling costs to cover for a third-party professional packaging service, materials and the actual EMS costs.
We ship regularly at least twice a week from our main warehouse facility and the handling time might vary between 2-10 days depending on the needed labor time to complete the packaging of your items.
Please ask for a proper quote prior to bidding on the items you wish to combine for shipping. Please allow at least one day allowance before the ending time to provide us enough time to reply and send you a proper quote (please do not ask 5 minutes prior to the ending time). If you do not ask for a total quote, we reserve the right to charge you the deemed appropriate shipping and handling costs for them. There are instances wherein we can not combine items due to size and safety limitations. You have to pay separate shipping and handling costs for both packages.
In case of accidents and brokerage, accidents or any complaint about the item must be received within 3 days after receiving the items. Claims must be backed up with appropriate pictures and substantial documents as proof.
Insurance compensation will be only issued after you cooperate with the claims process and the post office in Japan issues us the amount discerned appropriate to cover the amount of the transaction. There is a waiting time or period of between 6-10 weeks to finish the whole process.
In case you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item for cash refund, less shipping costs incurred when sent to you. Return shipping costs shall be shouldered by the buyer and must be posted within 5 days after receipt of the item. Item must arrive in the same condition as sent before refund will be issued.However offer full-amount merchandise credit will be awarded to any returns as an option if you would like the full-value refund. It will be applied in your future purchases with us.
*We must be contacted and informed within 3 days of arrival if you are not satisfied and wish to return the item or resolve any issue that may arise from it. Otherwise, we can not accept complaints received after this evaluation period.
