Very nice vintage English framed print of a lady with a hat. The frame is ebony wood with an inner brass border. It has glass and an hanger on the back for easy hanging. It measures 13" long and 10.5" wide. There are some scratches and dings to the frame. Sorry about the glare in the photos.
This is a genuine print over 100 years old of The Orphans by British artist Briton Riviere. The print depicts 2 dogs watching a young girl hand feeding a bottle to a lamb. The print measures 10" x 12.5" and has a border making it 13.5" x 11". Briton Riviere was a prolific British artist and this dates to around 1870.

The dogs are a Collie, Jack Russel, and a Bull dog. This print is unusual white, blue, and tan hues. The frame is gilt with an inner beaded border. There are some scratches and chips to the frame. The lady is quite refined with a huge, elegant, hat, and lots of lace and ruffles. She has a beautiful face. It measures almost 15" high and 12" across. Wonderful pair of vintage English Lady portraits in round Maple frames. The frames measure about 5" across. One frame is missing its backstand and both have hangers for hanging on the wall. The frames have some cracks and scratches. I believe they date to the 1940's. Just a wonderful set.
