| Vintage hand painted handled tole tray. It is signed Fred Austin. It has a decorative cutout border with beautiful florals. There is a metal wire on the back for easy hanging which can be easily removed. It measures 22" wide and 16" high. It is very heavy. There are some scratches and fading of the gold border. | |||||||
