| Wonderful pair of Victorian religious motto framed lithographs. One has foxgloves and the saying: The Lord Will Command His Loving Kindness in the day time, and in the night His song shall be with me, and my prayer unto the God of my Life. Ps. xlii. 8. It is marked the Religious Tract Society, London. The other has roses and says: I will both lay me down in peace and sleep: For Thou Lord only makest me dwell in safety. Ps. iv. 8. and is marked The Religious Tract Society, London. The frames measure 14.5" x 12" and have glass. There are some cracks in the wood and both have a piece missing from the frame's intersections and the backing has greatly deteriated. There is some staining on the bottom right of the foxglove print. A wonderful one of a kind! | ||||||||||
