Item Description: I have collected salad sets for years, but this is the first salad set that I have ever had that has fruit on it. It would look great with Della Robbia or with any crystal elegant glass set. We suspect this set is Czechoslovakian but we are not sure. Many little known American companies such as Cavalier made salad fork and spoon sets in the early 1940s due to the interruption of the European supply during World War II. This fantastic glass fork and spoon set is in Undamaged Condition without chips, cracks, or mold damage. We are not sure of the age of this set. Glass salad forks and spoons were popular items from the 1930s through the 1950s.
