Stanley Gibbons Catalog Middle East 5th Edition (1996) MS665, Illustration 216a, page 58-9. Ex-Archive of the Survey Department of Egypt, Cairo. Arabic inscription reads "Accepted by the Vice-President, 15th May 1961" and signature. Mounted on card with example of Miniature Sheet as issued. Note: Due to date of acceptance being same as Egypt "Palestine Day" issue, previous owner misidentified this as Palestine Day issue. | |
