The decoration is composed of geometrical patterns painted on the top of the jar and concentrical circles on the body and spout.

Mycenaean jars were produced in Greece or Cyprus from about 1700 B.C. and widely exported especially to Egypt.

Nice apulian red-figure plate, decorated with a profile of a lady of Fashion. She is facing what apprears to be a mirror. She wears a sakkos delicately decorated with added white and yellow.
